Check-in, Check-out and Self-Check-in

Check-in times

Check-in is possible from Sunday to Thursday until 10:00 pm. On Fridays and Saturdays our reception is staffed around the clock, so you can check in at any time.

Late check-in on weekdays

If you arrive after 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, we offer a self-check-in by prior arrangement. This requires full prepayment of your stay.

Check-out

Check-out is until 11:00 am. A later late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Reception hours

Sunday to Thursday: 7:00 am–12:00 pm and 2:30 pm–10:00 pm. Friday and Saturday: 7:00 am–12:00 pm and 2:30 pm–12:00 am. Sunday additionally from 12:00 am to 7:00 am. Outside these hours, you can reach us by phone around the clock.

Luggage before check-in or after check-out

We are happy to store your luggage at reception, and a central safe is also available.
