Elevator
Our elevator is available daily at the following times:
· Sunday to Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
· Friday and Saturday: continuously
For safety reasons, the elevator is out of service at night.
Baby equipment
We are happy to provide a baby cot in your room for €16 if required. On request, we can also provide a changing mat, food warmer, and high chair during breakfast.
Bed linen change
Bed linen is changed automatically on the third day or on request.
Upon timely request, we can also provide our guests with bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers.
Do you need an extra blanket or pillow? Do you need a bathrobe? Please let us know. You can also choose from a wide range of pillows and neck support pillows from our pillow menu.
Check-in:
Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Check-out:
Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you plan to depart later or have any special requests, please let us know in advance.
Dry cleaning
Do you need dry cleaning during your stay? We would be happy to arrange this for you through our external partners.
Pick-up and delivery service – €25. Further prices are available at reception.
Printing facilities
Do you need a printout? We are happy to provide printing facilities on request.

Luggage and valuables
Would you like to store your luggage securely or have it brought to your room? Please contact the reception desk. We also have a central safe for your valuables.
Drinks in the lobby
Our lobby bar offers a selection of chilled non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as free coffee from the machine on the counter around the clock.
Towels
New towels are available at any time upon request at the reception desk.
International power adapters
International power adapters and chargers are available upon request.
Refrigerator in the room
A refrigerator is available for your use in your room.
It can be used for your own drinks or food.
The products and snacks from the minibar are subject to a charge.
Multilingual staff
All front-line employees speak at least German and English, ensuring smooth communication.
Parking
Private parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. The usage fee is €18 per day.
Smoking
The Cityhotel Amadeus is a non-smoking hotel. This also applies explicitly to cannabis and e-vapes.
Smoking and rolling cigarettes is only permitted on our smoking terrace behind the conference room and on the balconies of our comfort rooms.
Umbrella
If required, you can borrow an umbrella from reception (deposit €20).
Regional and allergen-friendly products
We offer a great selection of regional products for breakfast.
Do you have any intolerances (e.g., gluten)? Let us know in advance and we will be happy to prepare something suitable for you.

Laundry and ironing service, sewing kit
Do you have dirty laundry? We are happy to wash it for you between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and provide you with a clothes horse. We charge a fee of €25 per wash cycle.
You can use our ironing service from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for a fee of €20 per outfit. On request, we can provide you with an iron and ironing board, sewing kit.
Wake-up service
Want to make sure you don't miss an important appointment? We are happy to offer a wake-up service on request.
