Our family room / quad room offers 26 m² for up to four people: two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and one double bed (160 x 200 cm).

Cot

For the little ones, we're happy to provide a cot – bookable for €16 per night.

Family excursions

Lake Aasee, with its playgrounds, pedal boats and expansive green spaces, invites you to a relaxed family day out. The old town with Prinzipalmarkt and the cathedral is also just around 15 minutes' walk away.

Convenient location

Thanks to the central location in the Südviertel district, you can easily reach both the main train station (10 minutes on foot) and the city centre on foot, by bike, or by car.
